Frequently Asked Questions

Do you cater for smaller quantities?

Yes, we can but the price per item will be much higher. Generally, there are set minimum quantities on most products, which can include set costs which are incorporated into that particular product. Items such as artwork, freight, print machine prep & clean down etc. can attract their own costs.

Can I have a formal quote?

Yes! We just need to know a few details about your job such as
a) your intended product
b) the quantity you require
c) what type of decoration you require (if any).

How do I place an order and what happens next?

Ordering is easiest via email. For new artwork orders, once we receive your artwork/order we will then contact you with a proof for you to approve and sign off. The product will then go into production and then dispatched to you for delivery.

What file types can we use for our artwork?

To get the best outcome for your logo we prefer artwork to be supplied in high resolution (min 300 dpi) in EPS, AI or PDF formats. Also, please make sure your artwork text has been converted to outlines or curves. Your exact or preferred PMS colours must be specified.
These high-grade files allow us to get a clear crisp result from your image and also allow our decorators to achieve your desired colours or the closest possible colour to your requirements.

What are some of my decorating options?

Screen Printing:

Mostly used for printing larger job runs and larger areas on T-shirts, hoodies and bags. Printing costs are generally calculated on how many colours are used, number of positions to be decorated and printing machine setup costs.

Embroidery:

Logos are stitched directly onto the garment, cap or bag. Embroidery costs increase with the ‘stitch count’, which is proportional to the size of the logo and the number of positions to be decorated.

Digital/Heat Transfers:

This method of decoration produces full colour high quality detailed images on your garment. They are commonly used for intricate designs that have a lot of gradient colours. This decoration tends to be more cost effective when used for individual garment printing or for a small job run. Perfect for larger items such as umbrellas.

Pad Printing:

Suitable for small fine details on hard metal or plastic products such as pens, key rings and USB’s. Also used for printing on hard to decorate items such as mugs.

Laser Engraving:

Used mostly to etch logos onto metal, glass, wood and some plastic items.

What is the estimated time for delivery?

For undecorated items general ETA is up to 5 working days depending on quantities ordered.
For most decorated items, these can be delivered within 1-3 weeks after artwork approval.
For a very small portion of products, such as INDENT products or internationally shipped products, time may extend out past this but for each specific job turnaround we will advise you of your ETA and are happy to keep you in the loop as to how your job is progressing.
