Many of the products within this website are provided by external suppliers. As such, any product information on this website is presented by P2Promotions in good faith. Product availability and prices will be confirmed at the time of placement of order and/or by email prior to the order being placed.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by P2Promotions.

P2Promotions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that P2Promotions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. Payment Methods

P2Promotions accepts payment methods such as cash (for local deliveries), bank transfers and PayPal. Credit Card payments can be taken but you will need to contact us prior to order placement for this to be arranged.

Payment due dates for all website transactions are ‘pre-paid’. Placement of orders will proceed once payment has cleared. Orders placed through email will be assessed on a case by case basis as to when full payment is due. Occasionally we will require a deposit upon ordering if our suppliers deem this necessary. We DO NOT offer credit terms therefore Full payment for ANY orders are due prior to delivery.

Cancellation of Order

Once an order has been placed and the artwork has been approved, it is agreed that the products will be delivered within a fair and reasonable time frame. If you cancel an order after artwork approval, cancellation fees may apply from our suppliers. Costs involve: artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been decorated.

Claims or Returns

Only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted when there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock is issued.

Delivery Information

Freight charges are based on weight and volume. P2Promotions will pass on actual delivery costs to the client, which will be quoted at the time of quoting for your order. Unless otherwise specified, P2Promotions will schedule all shipments using our designated courier company.

P2Promotions will not be held liable or responsible for any damages arising from any delay in delivery as a result of shipper negligence, inclement weather and/or acts of God. Should any shipping issues arise, we will do our best to work with you the customer and the shipper to resolve any problems and/or claims.

All orders placed through P2Promotions website will be dispatched using online tracking systems to provide progress on your orders.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
